Head coach James Berry is pleased with the team's direction, "I thought the guys battled hard from start to finish. Ryan got hot at the end with 4 birdies in his final 5 holes and Zhane was steady throughout. Finishing 2nd in this event is great considering we didn't play our best team golf, but the guys aren't satisfied with that result. We're motivated to improve and team chemsitry is very good so I'm excited to see how they progress moving forward."
The Tbirds next event is the NJCAA National Championship Preview in Lubbock, TX (October 15th-17th).
