NMJC women's golf secured their third tournament win of the season Friday, March 14 at the Conquistador Classic in Dodge City, Kan.
Olivia Heard earned her third-career win and second consecutive tournament victory individually at Mariah Hills. Heard fired an opening-round 1-under 70 to take the clubhouse lead.
The sophomore was 4-under through the first 10 holes as she made three birdies, an eagle, and a bogey in that span. She made four bogeys in her next five holes to drop to level par before birdieing 18 to finish at 1-under.
