Jacobs earns All-American Honors at Nationals

Today in El Dorado, KS, the women's NJCAA National Cross country meet was held.  The T-Birds made a great showing as freshman Teresha Jacobs earned NJCAA Coaches Association All-American honors for a 33rd place finish and a time of 19:12.  Jacobs was followed by teammate Cynthia Kipserem in 75th place with a time of 19:58 and finally Cassidy Reddell placed 114th with a time of 20:31.  The race was very tight as 113 runners seperated Jacobs and Reddell in just 1:15.  The ladies complete another successful cross-country season for the T-Birds and now prepare for successful runs in both indoor and outdoor track.
