Delma Zita Recieves Region V Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Region V has announced the Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of October 31 – November 6.

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week is Delma Zita of New Mexico Junior College.

The 5-7 sophomore guard from Mozambique averaged 13.5 points, 5 rebounds and 6 steals in a pair of wins last week. She was 11 of 18 from the field and 5 of 6 from the free throw line.
